We never do "free if you listen to our pitch" things. But so glad we did this one! The high point of our trip was Pasqual, one of the waiters at the on site restaurant. He was efficient yet funny and very personable. We looked forward to seeing him every evening. Every night he remembers that rather than the amazing deserts offered, I just liked a small dish of pistachio ice cream. So sweet of him. He taught us our room number in Spanish, well simply by asking for it every night! Siete Cero Uno Be.

Outstanding! Completely recommended 100% one of the best vacations ever, beautiful place, great location, AMAZING STAFF, outstanding service, and good food. Thankfully we have been at different beautiful places, but Vallarta Gardens fulfilled our expectations! We've just visited Vallarta Gardens in La Cruz de Huanacaxtle, North of Bucerias as part of a promotion. This is a truly high end resort with helpful and friendly staff. Presentation was done in a professional way (Dante and Arturo). Resort located right by the bay, with a restaurant (Cesar and other waiters are top class), bar (Martha prepares the best refreshments drinks), pools and jacuzzi. Rooms are modern, comfortable and very clean. Enjoyed walks to the marina and to Bucerias. Outside, there are convenient stores and inexpensive but delicious taco joint (5 tacos for 70 peso). I would visit again any time as we had truly amazing time.

Magnificent. Excellent hotel in the Cruz de Huanacaxtle very well located and with a wonderful view, its adaptations are spectacular very modern and has a permanent service 24 hours and which is of optimal quality!We arrived very late at the hotel and we were very well taken care of in the restaurant. The gastronomy is very varied and they prepare what you ask for!!

AWESOME Just so beautiful and quite, the restaurant is wonderful. the pools are never crowded. There is a very nice snack bar as well. I had 2 fantastic massages while there too. The staff is the best EVER! Martha at the snack bar was excellent!

An excellent choice . This is a very modern, clean and spacious hotel. Full of amenities. Located just a few meters from Bucerias where you can find excellent restaurants, galleries and craft markets.

Over the top resort. Many beautiful souls on the waiter staff including Cesar, Manuel, Angel, Jesus, Herberto. They serve from the heart. Manuel’s coffee flambe is something to video for the kids. Penthouse is palatial. Muy bien.

Of the best hotels I've stayed in, the incredible staff. Excellent hotel in all its aspects the employees very well informed and collaborators for what the guest needs the very good rooms the incredible breakfast I would recommend the hotel with closed eyes
